It is policy to wash hands before, during and after items have been manufactured. All our orders are hand made under tight, sanitary conditions. In early March, Tim acquired a heat shrinking machine with medical grade PVC heat shrinking material. We practice social distancing which does slow down certain aspects in the manufacturing process. No one is allowed in our manufacturing facility except for our staff and owners. Vivian is our #1 priority we have taken extra precautions to provide a clean and safe environment for our staff and everything that we ship to our clients. Thank you, please stay safe and I look forward to working with all of you. I will be handling day to day communication and will relay any technical questions to Tim and get them answered in a timely fashion. Tim will no longer be stuck in the office for hours on end executing the work an office manager should be attending to.
Tim is extremely excited to get back to just building, creating, and helping you reach your musical goals in a professional and timely manner. He has been spread too thin and I am here to change that. I have exchanged messages with many of you and have gotten the message that the gear he builds is beautiful but simply takes too long. I will be working with the staff to create policies and improve workflow that will minimize wait times and points of friction. The owner has agreed to relinquishing the many duties that simply took so much time out of his day, he could not get things built in a timely fashion. I am in direct contact with our lead builder and staff daily. I will be monitoring operations throughout the company and will implement ways to increase productivity while decreasing wait times without decreasing quality.
My Name is Vivian Arwood, I have been honored with taking the position and responsibility of being EarCandy.Com’s operations manager as well as our client Services Manager.Ī little about myself, I have over 3 decades in manufacturing production, time management, conflict resolution and I have performed critical oversight functions for manufacturing companies here in the Midwest for decades. This quick letter is going to address a few issues.
We appreciate and value your overwhelming support over the past almost 2 decades.
